All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the respective store's refund policy. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Coins, stars, power-ups, and other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at our discretion, without liability to you. You do not own virtual items — you are granted a limited license to use them within the App.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such advertisements.
All content in the App — including but not limited to characters (Baba, Baby), artwork, game design, music, sound effects, text, and code — is the property of Hasan Burak Dümer and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Blastic Bubbles," "The Grand Bazaar," and associated character designs are trademarks of Hasan Burak Dümer.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hasan Burak Dümer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
